Bangladesh Ministries: Empowering Bangladesh Communities through Service

We maintain two Bible schools in Word of Life Bangladesh, each accommodating 30 students per semester. Each 9-month semester involves daily Bible instruction, which is crucial for our mission outreach, church planting, and ministry support efforts. Discipleship and training serve as the foundation for all other ministries, including our initiatives in Bible translation.

Over 18 Bible translation projects have been completed as part of our mission outreach efforts. We help organize teams to translate the Bible into the heart language of people groups who have been waiting sometimes decades, supporting church planting and ministry support initiatives through our work with Word of Life Bangladesh.

Over 80 churches have now been planted by our pastors and leaders as part of our mission outreach efforts through Word of Life Bangladesh. Each church planter requires ministry support for daily expenses and transportation, and all of them are bivocational, contributing to the vital work of Bible translation and church planting.

Our organization has been actively involved in mission outreach, providing food and blankets during the Covid lockdown, assisting with home clean-up during severe flooding, and offering shelter during the Rohingya fire in 2024. Through our efforts in church planting and ministry support, we also strive to further initiatives like Bible translation and the Word of Life Bangladesh.

Our organization, Word of Life Bangladesh, partners with funding groups to support mission outreach by distributing Bibles among believers in the most remote parts of Bangladesh, often on foot. This initiative also aids in church planting and Bible translation efforts in these areas.

Several times a year, we host all of our pastors and leaders who have recently devoted themselves to the Lord. During these gatherings, we offer training that enhances their understanding of Bible translation, supports church planting initiatives, and strengthens their faith through mission outreach efforts, all under the guidance of Word of Life Bangladesh.

Our organization is dedicated to supporting pastors and church planters through ministry support, offering microloans for essentials such as bikes and food until they can stand on their own. This initiative is part of our broader mission outreach efforts, which also include contributions toward Bible translation and the work of Word of Life Bangladesh.
